What are the reasons for the blockage of the printer nozzle?
Most customers will always encounter some emergencies when using the printer, especially valuable items like the nozzle. So what should we do when the printer nozzle cannot be used normally? First of all, we must understand the reasons why the printer nozzle cannot be used normally.
1. Electrostatic interference
An overly dry working environment will directly generate a large amount of static electricity, which will directly damage the ink head circuit; or when using printing materials, especially when using plastic-based materials such as PP and adhesive-backed media, a large amount of static electricity will also be generated; damage the ink head or cause impurities to accumulate and cause the ink head to be blocked and damaged.
2. There is air in the pipeline
The inkjet printer often causes the ink to flow back to the left ink supply tank due to loose contact between the pipeline and the ink head or air leakage in the ink head, causing the printer ink head to burn out and be damaged. If there are bubbles in the process of filling the ink, general burning will cause a short circuit, thereby causing the entire group of nozzles to fail. Often when filling the ink cartridge with replacement ink, too much air is injected. When bubbles in the ink head cause insufficient ink supply, the heating element will overheat and burn the heating chip because there is not enough ink to cool it.
3. External voltage
Extremely high or unstable external voltage has a great impact on the print head, especially the replacement print head, which may cause the printer to burn the print head or fail to recognize the print head.
4. Ink quality
Ink contains a variety of chemical components, which often cause print head failure due to factors such as poor filtration, high viscosity, and insufficient moisturizing liquid.
The above are the common reasons for the blockage of the printer nozzle. I hope it can help advertisers.
