Photo machine equipment maintenance manual

How should we maintain our photo machine with the long holiday coming? The nozzle is the key to photo machine maintenance. Today we will focus on the maintenance process of the nozzle.

First, check whether the nozzle is cleaned to the best state. Print a test strip to check the nozzle status, and turn off the machine after the carriage moves to the left out of the ink stack.

The second step is to clean the ink stack and the surrounding area. Restart the machine, and when the carriage starts to move, use a tool to block the carriage limit switch to stop the carriage. Next, clean and rinse the ink stack. The specific method is to use a cotton swab to wipe the ink remaining around the scraper and ink core, and then find the "Ink Loading" function on the software after the computer is online, click "Ink Loading" to start the ink pump, and then pour a special cleaning liquid into the ink core until the ink in the waste ink tube is rinsed clean, and then stop pumping ink.

The third step is to turn off the machine, restart the machine, and let the carriage return to the ink stack position. When the ink stack rises and fits the nozzle tightly, turn off the switch and unplug the power supply.

Step 4. Finally, remember to fold the waste ink tube to prevent the ink system from drying up.

In addition, there are also requirements for the storage of photo machine equipment. Everyone must store it in a standardized manner.

First of all, the ambient temperature of the photo machine cannot be lower than zero degrees. Friends in the north are especially reminded to pay attention to the room temperature of the room where the photo machine is located. If it is too low, it will cause great damage to the photo machine. If conditions permit, it is best to control the room temperature at 15°C-30°C and the humidity at 35%-65%.

In addition, if the photo machine nozzle is not used for a long time, it will cause the nozzle to be blocked. If conditions permit, it is recommended to print a nozzle test strip every 3 days to check whether the nozzle is blocked. If blocked, perform a cleaning operation to ensure that the nozzle is in the best working condition.

Finally, remember to cover the photo machine with a dust cover to prevent dust from contaminating the equipment, place the equipment in a safe place, and do a good job of fire prevention, waterproofing, theft prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, etc. to avoid damage to the equipment due to abnormal reasons.

Please follow the above steps and precautions to do a good job of equipment maintenance before the holiday.
