LED UV INK PRINTER MAINTENANCE IN HOLIDAY

a) Not in Use Within One Week (Short-term)

Clean the ink stack thorough-ly, clamp the waste ink tube with a clip, and return the printhead to its original position. It is recommended to cover the printhead with a non-woven fabric protective kit, then cover the machine with a protective cover for added protection.

For UV printers equipped with ink pads, if there is no ink pad, after raising the printhead, use a wiping cloth with moisturizing solution to protect the printhead. Ensuring the protection of the printhead is sufficient.

b) Not in Use for More Than One Week (Long-term)

Clean the printer thoroughly with the matched cleaning solution and inject moisturizing liquid. In addition, it is recommended to clean the white ink cartridges and ink tubes. Cover the printhead with a non-woven fabric protective kit and then cover the machine with the protective cover for added protection.
