As the Spring Festival holiday approaches, we would like to warmly remind our customers to take good care of their printing equipment.

Here are some maintenance suggestions for different types of printers:

1. Pigment ink printers:

a) Not in Use Within 3 Days (Short-term)

Clean the ink stack, use a clip to clamp the waste ink tube,and add moisturizing liquid to the ink stack to ensure it is fully sealed with the print-head.

b) Not in Use for More Than 3 Days (Long-term)

If there is no plan to use the equipment within a week,thoroughly clean all print-heads and fill them with moisturizing liquid. It is also recommended to clean the white ink cartridges and ink tubes.

For periods exceeding one week of inactivity, all ink car-tridges, ink tubes, and print-heads must be thoroughly cleaned, and the printhead should be filled with moistur-izing liquid to keep it moist.

2. Sublimation Ink /High-Energy Disperse Inkjet Ink Printer

a) Not in Use Within One Week (Short-term)

Clean the ink stack, clamp the waste ink tube with a clip, and add moisturizing liquid to the ink stack to ensure it is fully sealed with the printhead.

b) Not in Use for More Than One Week (Long-term)

It is recommended to clean the printhead and inject moisturizing liquid for main-tenance.
