After the nozzle is blocked, not only will the printing quality decrease, but in severe cases, the machine may even be unable to operate normally. So, why does the printhead get clogged? How to solve and maintain it?

一.What are the manifestations of printhead blockage?

When your DTF white ink hot stamping printer experiences the following situations, you need to pay attention in a timely manner, it may be that your print head has started to clog.

1.Poor printing quality, such as stripes, uneven colors, missing lines, and blurry handwriting;

2. Some colors are missing, and the printed finished hot stamping film has inexplicable blank areas;

3. Ink leakage and slow printing speed;

4. Frequent errors, distorted patterns, and inconsistent printing effects.

The occurrence of the above situation is that the DTF white ink hot stamping machine is reminding you that the print head status is unstable and needs to be checked and maintained!

 二,How to clean clogged nozzles?

Don't panic, follow the following steps and your print head will be reborn.

Move the car to a cleanable position, dip it in an appropriate amount of DTF ink cleaning solution or distilled water, use a clean non-woven fabric or cotton swab, and gently wipe off the dirt around the print head. (Wipe the nozzle in the same direction, do not wipe left or right, to prevent dirt from entering the print head)

When the cleaning condition is poor, the print head can be directly removed from the DTF white ink hot stamping printer and cleaned separately in reverse (upward) direction. Because there is a fast reacting curing agent inside the nozzle, when the ink undergoes a chemical reaction, it will dry and clump. If rinsed downwards, the printhead will clog even more severely.
