Printing process

In offset printing, the printing plate is first inked, and the ink roller evenly applies the food-grade offset printing ink to the printing plate graphic and text. Subsequently, the plate comes into contact with the blanket and the ink is transferred to the blanket. Then, the blanket comes into contact with the substrate such as food wrapping paper and plastic film, and the ink is transferred to form a pattern. In this process, ink transfer rate and uniformity are critical, and parameters such as printing pressure, ink supply, and printing speed need to be precisely controlled. In addition, the color management system is often used to calibrate and control the ink color to ensure accurate and consistent color.

Introduction Feature Application Data Sheet

Introduction:

Food grade offset printing ink is a special ink specially designed for the printing of food packaging and related products.
