Printing process
Offset sublimation ink is also called offset sublimation transfer ink, offset printing sublimation ink --- refers to the printing process of transferring sublimation sublimation ink to fabric through transfer paper.
The offset printing sublimation ink produced by our company is refined and refined using high-quality raw materials，And it is an environmentally friendly sublimation heat transfer ink with four colors: Megenta/Yellow/Cyan/Black,The product has passed the national ten ring testing and environmental protection certification, as well as REACH from SGS testing agency，Certification and DGM certification from Dedem company, maritime transportation appraisal report.
(1)Good stability on the machine,clear dot reproduction,excellent ink-water balance. (2)Be able to adapt to the demand for middle-speed or high-speed printing. (3)During the normal condition, use the ink on the machine directly.
Example of color matching application
(1) For printing in bright red layout and PS version, magenta is 100% and yellow is 40% -35%. After transfer printing
It's bright red. True blue and PS version, with 100% green and around 20% magenta, resulting in true blue after transfer printing
Color. Positive green, PS version, with 80% green and 90% yellow, resulting in a positive green color after transfer printing.
(2) If printing Asian skin, special attention should be paid to the color ratio as follows: reference PS
Version, magenta 12-10%; PS version yellow, 8-7%; PS version can be adjusted less frequently.
