Printing process
First, design image on computer. Second, print the image out with the ink on film. Third, powder and dryer by machine. Fourth, transfer the image from film to fabric by heat transfer press.
DTF printing ink is designed to apply a mirror image onto DTF film for transfer to the final substrate. The prints are transferred via heat and pressure onto most fabric materials. DTF is a newest printing technologist which is more affordable and accessible than other printing ways. It can be used on 100% cotton fabric without pre-treatment. This is more convenient than other printing technology.
