White ink heat transfer technology - DTF Printing(Direct-to-Film Printing)
1. The secret of not cracking when stretched
The reason why white ink heat transfer is not easy to crack when stretched is mainly because it uses special coatings and adhesives that can penetrate into the fabric fibers at high temperatures to form a strong bond.
In addition, the heat transfer ink used in white ink heat transfer technology itself has good flexibility and can adapt to the bending and stretching of the fabric, ensuring the durability and permanence of the pattern.
2. Bright colors and no fading
White ink heat transfer has bright colors and does not fade, mainly because it uses high-quality pigment inks, the pigment molecules are large and firmly attached to the fabric fibers, and are not easy to fall off. The thermal transfer process allows the ink to penetrate deep into the layer, enhancing light resistance and durability. At the same time, hot melt powder also improves the adhesion and protection of the pattern, just like adding a "color lock cover" to the pattern, making the print lasting and bright.
3. Versatile for all kinds of fabrics
Its core advantage lies in breaking through the limitations of traditional hot stamping on the background color. The white ink layer can perfectly cover the background color of dark fabrics, while presenting delicate color layers on light-colored fabrics. It is suitable for a variety of materials such as cotton, linen, polyester, etc.
The design has strong compatibility. Whether it is high-precision illustrations, gradient patterns or text LOGO, they can be clearly presented, truly realizing "one skill for multiple uses".
Easy to operate,
Three steps to complete professional-level digital printing:
1. Pre-ironing clothes: Use a hanging ironing machine to iron the fabric flat.
2. Place the transfer film: Lay the white ink heat transfer film with the pattern flat on the clothes, and align the position without tilting it.
3. Heat pressing: Use a heat press, set the temperature to 150℃-160℃, the pressure to 4kg, and press for 15 seconds (the pressing conditions of different fabrics are slightly different, which can be adjusted according to actual conditions), tear off the heat transfer film, and the pattern is perfectly transferred to the fabric!
