Digital printers can reduce costs, decrease labor costs, and improve efficiency for you, as they do not require film plate making, provide full-color imaging in one go, have precise positioning, and zero scrap rate. Digital printers are high-tech products that completely replace traditional processes such as screen printing, pad printing, and transfer printing, and belong to the category of environmentally friendly products.
Solutions to common problems during the printing process of digital printers:
1. If normal printing still cannot be achieved after continuous cleaning, it indicates that the ink in the ink cartridge (computer automatically shuts down) is low or no longer available, and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
2. In general, if there are a few missing lines in the self-test pattern, if high-quality images are not printed (such as only printing files), they can be printed normally without cleaning the print head.
3. If there are still broken lines in the self-test pattern after cleaning, please repeat this operation 4-5 times. Under normal circumstances, the missing lines in the self-test pattern will be reduced, which proves that the cleaning is effective and should be continued.
4. When encountering the above problems during the printing process of a flatbed printer, self inspection should be performed first. If there are missing lines in the self inspection pattern, the print head needs to be cleaned. In general, when cleaning the print head and performing self inspection, there is no missing line phenomenon in the pattern.
5. Newly installed ink cartridges may sometimes encounter self checking missing lines or inability to spray a certain color. At this time, do not easily judge it as a clogged print head. Most cases are caused by shaking or inverted storage during transportation, and the print head should be cleaned.
