1. Flatbed printer:

2. Roll printer:
• Scope of application: It is mainly used for printing flexible materials, such as advertising cloth, light box cloth, wallpaper, etc.
• Features: It can continuously print longer materials with high production efficiency. It also has high printing accuracy and color expression, and can adapt to rolls of different widths.
• Printing process: The roll is installed on the unwinding device of the printer, and the material is smoothly transported through the transmission system of the printer. The nozzle prints the pattern on the material, and then the ink is cured by the ultraviolet curing device.
2. UV DTF ink printing solution
1. DTF printer + laminator:
• Scope of application: Applicable to various textiles, including cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and other fabrics.
• Features: High-quality color printing can be achieved, and the pattern is bright and durable. The printed film can be easily transferred to the fabric by thermal transfer, and the operation is relatively simple.
• Printing process: First, use a DTF printer to print the pattern on a special PET film, and sprinkle hot melt powder on the ink. After printing, use a laminator to cover the film with a transparent protective film to prevent the ink from being contaminated during the transfer process. Then, put the film with the pattern and the fabric together into the thermal transfer equipment, and transfer the pattern to the fabric by heating and pressure.
2. Integrated UV DTF printing and transfer equipment:
• Scope of application: Also applicable to various types of textile printing.
• Features: Integrate printing and transfer functions into one, saving space and operation steps. The equipment usually has the advantages of high automation and easy operation.
• Printing process: After designing the pattern on the device, printing can be carried out directly. After printing is completed, the transfer operation is automatically performed without the need for additional lamination and thermal transfer equipment, which greatly improves production efficiency.
