One、 Spray nozzle maintenance

If the nozzle is not well maintained, it may affect the printing effect, and in severe cases, the nozzle may be scrapped and need to be replaced. So how should the nozzle be maintained?
1. Firstly, when installing the nozzle, special adhesive tape should be applied to both sides of the cable to prevent water from entering the cable outlet and causing it to collide and burn out. This detail is important.
2. Clean the bottle nozzle and print test strips to check the nozzle status during daily startup and shutdown.
3. Before shutting down after work every day, move the printing cart to the left and use a special cotton cloth to wipe the ink stains on the surface of the nozzle to keep it clean.
4. If the nozzle has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to use moisturizing solution to moisturize the nozzle. And keep printing twice a week.
5. In case of National Day or Spring Festival holidays, it is necessary to perform internal cleaning and maintenance of the nozzle under professional operation.
TWO、 Ink pad maintenance
1. Epson nozzles need to be kept moist and not dry from the second they are used for ink injection, so ink pads are an inseparable combination of nozzles, providing a sealing and moisturizing effect.
2. However, if the ink pad is used for too long and the sponge pad inside accumulates ink stains, it will affect the ink extraction effect when cleaning the nozzle. It is recommended to use a dedicated cleaning solution to clean it every month. If the cleaning effect is still poor, the ink pad needs to be replaced.
3. Secondly, it is recommended to wipe the rubber ring around the ink pad clean after work every day to ensure its sealing.
Three、 Scraper maintenance
Scraper is used to remove excess ink from the nozzle during cleaning. If used for too long, ink will remain on the scraper.
