How to quickly solve the problem of ink flying in UV printing

Causes of ink flying in UV printing:

1. Static electricity. If the UV printer is in a low humidity and dry environment, static electricity is easily generated between the nozzle and the material, resulting in ink flying during printing.

2. The nozzle voltage is too high. If the voltage displayed by the nozzle board indicator light turns red or alarms, ink flying will occur during use.

3. The nozzle is too high. Generally, the height between the nozzle and the material should be controlled between 1mm and 20mm. If the nozzle exceeds its own spraying range, ink flying will definitely occur.

4. The pulse spacing of the electronic control system to control the nozzle ignition is unreasonable. The unreasonable pulse distance between the nozzle ignition controlled by the electronic control system causes ink flying.

5. After the machine has been used for a long time, the nozzle of the machine will be disconnected, which will inevitably cause ink flying.

UV printing ink flying problem solution:

1. Ink flying caused by static electricity, you need to add an electrostatic stick or add a ground wire to export static electricity to the device.

2. The nozzle voltage is too high, and the circuit board needs to be modified, or the circuit needs to be changed to avoid this problem.

3. The distance between the nozzle and the carrier is too high, which is easier to solve, just shorten the distance between them.

4. The problem of the electronic control system requires specialized technicians to repair it.

5. Print a test strip and check the nozzle condition. If you find blockage, hollowness, etc., you need to clean the nozzle channel to keep it unobstructed. The solution to the nozzle disconnection is to check the nozzle condition frequently to see if there is any hollowness or blockage. If you need to deal with it immediately, otherwise the ink flying phenomenon cannot be avoided.
