What are the basic precautions for using a photo machine?

If you want to use the equipment for a long time, you must use it in a standardized manner. You must know these 9 precautions for daily use of photo machines.

1. When the outer surface of the machine is dirty, wet a soft cloth with water or a neutral detergent diluted with water, wring it out and wipe the surface of the machine. Do not use gasoline, cleaning fluid and other materials, which may easily damage the surface of the machine cover;

2. If there are paper scraps, fiber scraps or other similar substances in the suction holes, grooves and other locations of the printing platform, please wipe them off with a soft brush, dry cloth or paper towel.

3. Do not touch the grating with your hands or sharp objects;

4. Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the nozzle privately;

5. Do not put your hands into the machine during printing;

6. It is forbidden to work with power on when maintaining the machine, such as plugging and unplugging the printing line and data line with power on;

7. Pay attention to the cleaning of the trolley frame, and ink should not splash onto the data line.

8. The machine must be grounded. It is best to use both hands to eliminate static electricity or wear an anti-static wristband when operating the machine;

9. The ink in the large ink bottle of the ink supply system should be kept at about 1/2-3/4, and the residue in the ink bottle should be cleaned every six months;
