DTF Printer printing:Maintenance of hot stamping materials
1. The T-shirt will feel a little hard after hot stamping, and it will become softer after washing. (Generally, newly processed T-shirts need to be washed after 2 days.)
2. Do not rub the surface of the T-shirt (hot stamping) pattern with your hands (the surface material of the hot stamping pattern will not adhere to dirt).
3. Do not wash with detergent containing bleach. . Wash with warm or cold water below 40°C.
4. It is best not to wash with a washing machine. When washing with a washing machine, turn the pattern side to the opposite side before washing. After washing, take it out of the washing machine immediately, and do not use a dryer to spin dry.
5. When washing, do not rub the collar area too hard to avoid deformation of the collar.
6. When drying, the hanger can only be inserted from the loose part of the hem of the clothes, and must not be forced directly from the collar part to avoid the collar losing elasticity and loosening.
7. Let it dry naturally, and do not expose the hot stamping T-shirt to the sun.
8. If clothes need to be ironed, use medium-temperature steam ironing after drying (do not iron clothes containing elastic fibers at high temperatures to avoid damaging the elastic fiber structure and affecting the elastic effect of the clothes). Do not iron directly on the pattern.
9. After ironing, do not stuff clothes into a small space. Hang them on hangers or spread them flat to keep the clothes flat.
If they fade, it is necessary to look at the following points:
1. Pre-press inspection. First, check whether the fabric itself will fade. In the absence of good testing tools, use a transparent glass cup, cut a part of the fabric, pour in boiling water above 80°C, cover it, let it stand for more than 10 minutes, and observe the color change of the water.
2. Pre-press proofing. If the customer's incoming materials have faded, inform the customer in time. If they cannot be returned, the fabric needs to be treated with anti-sublimation.
3. Selection of anti-sublimation printing materials. If the ribbon itself does not fade seriously, use anti-sublimation white glue and transparent to print directly. If the fading phenomenon is serious, anti-sublimation primer is needed. Sometimes it depends on the specific situation whether to add anti-sublimation original pulp, or choose nylon transparent primer first and then cover anti-sublimation pulp.
4. In addition, the printing fastness must be considered. When choosing printing materials, you must not be greedy for cheapness and be very careful.
