DTF printing machine's computer configuration
Generally speaking, we will recommend our customers to buy a high-performance computer to match the white ink heat press machine, because the running speed of the computer is inevitably related to the printing effect and printing speed. So what happens when the running speed of the computer cannot keep up with the transmission speed of the white ink heat press machine?
The printing process of the white ink heat press machine (DTF Printer)is that the computer sends instructions, and then the motherboard of the white ink heat press machine receives the instructions and assigns the printing task to each accessory for execution. If the transmission speed of the computer cannot keep up with the transmission speed of the white ink heat press machine, the printing task will be stuck. Or only half of the printing task is directly accepted, resulting in incomplete printed patterns.
Some customers have reflected on why there are still jams when using high-performance and high-configuration computers. When we exclude other problems, jams will occur, and it can be basically determined that it is a network problem. If the network is unstable, it will also cause transmission errors between the computer and the white ink heat press machine.
The white ink heat transfer machine(dtf printer) is a fully automatic printing machine, so when we equip the computer and install the broadband, we must choose a high-configuration computer and install a broadband of at least 100M. If there are multiple printing machines running together, then the broadband needs to be increased to ensure the normal operation of the white ink heat transfer printing.
