1. Don't add the wrong ink: Different types of ink products have different ingredients, which will change the color and quality of the ink and produce sediment to clog the nozzle. If you need to replace new ink, you need to put the ink cartridge, ink tube,

Clean the ink in the ink bag and printhead, and then add new ink for testing. Never mix them together.

2. Don't use inferior ink: The raw materials of inferior ink are of poor quality, the color and quality are not up to standard, there are many sediments, the ingredients in the ink are rough, and the fluidity is poor. Although inferior ink is cheap, using inferior ink will affect the painting effect and clog the nozzle.

If the printhead is damaged due to the use of inferior ink, it will not be worth the loss.

The printhead is the core component of the white ink hot stamping machine(DTF Printer). Once damaged, it can only be replaced. Because the price of the nozzle itself is not low, each replacement of the nozzle will be a considerable cost.
