1. Shut down according to the prescribed procedures: When shutting down, first turn off the control software, then turn off the main power switch, ensure that the carriage returns to the normal position, and the print head and ink pile are completely closed to avoid clogging the print head.

2. When replacing the nozzle, it is recommended to use the original nozzle, and do not use nozzles of unknown origin or nozzles with prices significantly lower than the market price. If the equipment is not used for more than three days, please moisturize the nozzle to prevent dryness and clogging.

3. It is strictly forbidden to mix two different brands of ink to avoid chemical reactions, clogging the nozzle, and affecting the image quality.

4. Do not plug and unplug the USB printing cable with power on to avoid damaging the motherboard.

5. If the machine is a high-speed printer, be sure to connect the ground wire: when the air is dry, the problem of static electricity cannot be ignored. When using some inferior materials with strong static electricity, static electricity may be generated, which will damage the safety of the machine's electronic components and print heads. Static electricity may also cause ink flying during printing.

6. Since the printing device is a printing device, it is recommended to equip it with a good quality voltage stabilizer with a power of about 2000W.

7. Keep the ambient temperature at 15-30 degrees and the humidity at 40%-55%. Keep the working environment clean and avoid dust.

8. Scraper: Clean the scraper of the ink pile regularly to prevent the ink from solidifying and damaging the print head. Note: Do not wipe in one direction on the white ink heat transfer machine. The correct way is to wipe from the middle, wipe the white part from the middle point down, and wipe the color part from the center point up. In this way, the color and white will not be mixed with the ink.

9. Working platform: Keep the working platform free of dust, ink and debris to prevent scratches on the print head, and clean the edge of the printing table once a week.

10. Ink cartridge: Cover the lid immediately after filling the ink to prevent dust from entering.
