Printhead maintenance: The Printhead is the most critical component of the UVDTF printer and requires special attention to maintenance. The Printhead should be cleaned daily and a test strip should be printed to check its condition. After the work is completed, the printing cart should be moved to the left and the ink stains on the surface of the Printhead should be wiped with a special cotton cloth to keep it clean. When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to moisturize the printhead and it is recommended to print twice a week to maintain its activity. During special holidays such as National Day or Spring Festival, the printhead should be cleaned and maintained internally under professional operation.

Ink pad maintenance: Ink pads play a sealing and moisturizing role in the nozzle. It is recommended to use specialized cleaning solution to clean the ink pad every month. If the effect is not good, it needs to be replaced. After finishing work every day, the rubber ring around the ink pad should be wiped to ensure its sealing.

Scraper maintenance: Scrapers are used to remove excess ink from the printhead. After prolonged use, ink may remain on the scraper. It is recommended to use a moisturizing solution to wipe and keep it clean. If the scraper is bent or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Working environment: UVDTF printers should operate at a temperature of 15-25 ℃ and a humidity of 40-60%, and each printer must be grounded to maintain machine stability.

Ink storage in the dark: UV ink is prone to drying out when exposed to light, so ink must be stored in the dark and covered with a closing plate 1 during operation.

Maintenance of waste ink tubes and ink cartridges: Waste ink generated during machine operation should be discharged through the waste ink tube. When not in operation, the waste ink tube should be clamped to prevent blockage. When the waste ink cartridge is full, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.

Machine cleaning: The machine should be kept clean at all times to avoid damage to internal components caused by dust.

Through the above maintenance measures, the service life of UVDTF printers can be effectively extended and the printing quality can be guaranteed.
