In order to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the large format printing machine, daily cleaning and maintenance are indispensable.

一、Daily cleaning of digital printers

1. When the outer surface of the machine is dirty, wet a soft cloth with water or neutral detergent diluted with water, wring it out and wipe the surface of the machine. Do not use gasoline, cleaning fluid and other materials, which may damage the surface of the machine cover;

2. When there are paper scraps, fiber scraps or other similar substances in the suction holes and grooves of the printing platform, please wipe them off with a soft brush, dry cloth or paper towel.

二、Daily maintenance of  the large format printing machines

1. Cleaning the bottom of the print-head

Move the trolley to the left, and wipe the printhead protection block position with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid once a week to achieve a clean effect.

2. Cleaning the scraper

Dip a cotton swab in cleaning fluid to wipe the edge of the scraper, once every 10 days, and keep it clean.

3. Cleaning the ink core

Dip a cotton swab in cleaning fluid to wipe the edge of the ink core, once every 10 days, and keep it clean.

4. Grating cleaning

Use a cotton swab dipped in pure water to wipe both sides of the grating, clean it with pure water once a month and keep it clean.

5. Guide rail maintenance

Use grease to maintain the guide rail every week.

6. Belt maintenance

Check the belt for wear every three months.

三、Precautions for using the photo machine

1. Do not touch the grating with your hands or sharp objects;

2. Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the nozzle privately;

3. During the printing process, do not put your hands into the machine;

4. It is prohibited to operate with power on during machine maintenance, such as plugging and unplugging the printing line and data line with power on;

5. The machine must be grounded, and it is best to use both hands to eliminate static electricity or wear an anti-static wristband when operating the machine;

6. The printer ink in the large ink bottle of the ink supply system should be kept at about 1/2-3/4, and the residue in the ink bottle should be cleaned every six months;

7. Pay attention to the cleaning of the trolley frame, and the ink should not splash onto the data line.
