The following are storage methods to extend the shelf life of ink.

First, temperature control. Ink is suitable for storage in an environment with a relatively stable temperature. The ideal temperature is around 10-25 degrees Celsius. Avoid placing ink in places with too high temperatures, such as near heaters or direct sunlight. High temperatures will accelerate the decomposition and deterioration of ink components; do not place it in an environment with too low temperatures to prevent the ink from freezing and expanding in volume and damaging the container.

Second, light conditions. Ink should be kept away from strong light. Because light can cause some components in the ink to react chemically, the ink should be placed in a dark cabinet or the container should be wrapped with light-shielding materials.

In addition, sealing is important. Make sure the ink container is well sealed to reduce the contact between the ink and the air. After each use, tighten the lid in time to prevent oxygen, moisture and dust in the air from entering, and prevent the ink from being oxidized or contaminated.

Finally, the storage location is also important. The ink should be placed in a dry place, and avoid placing it in a high-humidity environment such as the kitchen and bathroom to prevent moisture and mold. And the ink should be placed upright to prevent ink leakage and uneven composition.
